I drove the car and put close to 50 miles on it and mechanically it's in very nice shape. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) it drives down the road straight with no unusual noises or vibrations and it does great around town. It's just a well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip. The carfax report is also available showing no accidents on the history, if you want a copy of the report just let us know. The car was garage kept by the previous owner and it shows, the paint is in excellent shape with a nice and deep glossy shine. It does not have any clear coat issues or rust anywhere and the undercarriage is very clean with no corrosion ( see photos ). The interior is nice with no unusual wear on the front & rear seats, door panels look good and the carpet is also clean with no stains, there are no unusual odors in the vehicle ( non smoker ). Since the car has the SES package it comes with nearly every option possible: Heated leather seats, Power sunroof, ABS brakes, Traction control, Cruise control, Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors, Ford SYNC radio system with a 6-disc CD changer, Keyless entry, A/C and more. Within the last 10 miles I had it fully inspected and serviced by a ASE certified shop. The mechanic put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission and it was full and clean. He replace the engine oil & filter, tires are in great shape and everything else was up to date. There are no mechanical issues with the vehicle and it comes with a $0 deductible nation-wide warranty at no additional cost ( $0 deductible ). You are also welcome to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic as well. The 2.0L 4-cylinder engine in the Focus is a very reliable motor. I have personally seen them with well over 150,000 miles still in good running condition, this one has a lot of life left just by keeping up with regular oil changes.
