2002 Buick Regal

The car has averaged right around 7000 miles per year, that's pretty low considering most average drivers put 12000-15000 miles per year on a vehicle. I always try to purchase a lot of Buicks for my inventory because they are normally very well kept vehicles. Most people that buy a Buick always tend to maintain the vehicle by the book, they are not the type of vehicle that get abused or driven hard and are usually garage kept. This one lives up to that example. Within the last couple days I had the car inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. He inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the undercarriage (bottom of engine and transmission) and there was no fluid leaks. He took it for a test drive and the engine & transmission operates without any issues. The fluids all looked good but I had him replace the engine oil and filter and he rotated the tires. There are no mechanical issues with the car so I am including a nation wide warranty through a warranty company at no additional cost ( $0 deductible ). You are also welcome to have the car inspected by your own mechanic. Mechanically I usually have my vehicles for about a week before I list them on the internet. This allows me time to drive every single car I have for a couple days before I get them serviced. I like doing this because it gives me a great idea on the mechanical/cosmetic condition of the car. I put approx 50 miles on the Regal and it drives great. The engine does not make any abnormal noises, no ticking or knocking. It idles very smooth when in park and accelerates without any hesitation or jerking. The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears with no issues, it doesn't clunk or shift in to gear hard. Highway passing gear is also great with no abnormal "jerking". The engine tempeture stays right under the half way mark (normal operating temp) and does not go above that even when stopped at a stop light. There are no mechanical issues with this car at all and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip. If you look around on ebay or any other website that sells vehicles, you will see that these 3.8L V6 engines are good for along time. A lot of these have north of 150,000 miles and are still in excellent condition. This one has right around 56,000 so it still has a lot of life left. The 3.8L V6 engine has been around for close to 20 years. Its more then likely the best V6 engine GM has ever made. GM put this engine in Lesabres, Bonneville's, Grand Prix, Impala's and several other vehicles. They even put the same exact engine in some of their 2010 Buick's, so needless to say its a very durable engine. Electrical The AC and heat works great, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power seat works, power door locks work and so does the radio. Exterior The car was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. The over all paint condition is in near new condition with no clear coat issues. It was more then likely kept in the garage because the paint has a very deep gloss to it. Thank you for looking and have a great day.
